Should Ammobox Studios be involved in any merger, acquisition, or sale of all or portion of its business assets, any third party to which we sell or transfer our assets will continue to have the rights to use the personal or non-personal information that have been provided.

A) Obtaining a copy of your collected data

At any given time, you may request to receive a copy of your data that has been collected.

We at Ammobox Studios reserve the rights to request for reasonable evidence to prove and verify your identity before we fulfill the request for data access. We may not be able to provide you with all the information requested, for example if the information includes personal information of another person, if such cases happen where we are not able to provide with the information requested, we will explain in detail the reason behind it. We will process and respond to requests for right of access as soon as possible.

You may contact us to correct any incorrect or incomplete data that we have collected (i.e: change/update of email address etc).

C) Deletion of Account and data

You may request for the deletion of your data.

We utilize third-party software and platform in order to provide our full product and services, these partners may process your data only at and according to the specific instruction, and may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our services.

We utilize on PlayFab’s service to store and analyze player game information

Data collected: Game session length, Virtual Currency Balances, Inventory, Purchases, Statistics, Play Stream Event History, IP Address

CHILDREN AND AGE LIMITS

We do not knowingly use our service to solicit or collect personal information from or market to children, or knowingly allow such persons to use our services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, Ammobox Studios will serve to delete that information as quickly as possible.
